Objective
That participants learn how to analyze and resolve cases of workplace sexual harassment that arise in their organizations.
How it works
The program covers the elements that constitute workplace sexual harassment, how to approach a reporting person and a person being reported, the procedure once a report is filed, evidentiary methodology when the only evidence is the victim's statement, and what the intervention committee's report must contain. The program includes practical cases to apply what's learned.

The national reality of workplace sexual harassment based on ELSA data, its impact on the person and the organization, and the concepts needed to identify it in its various forms.
The principle of non-revictimization and case handling
How to approach a reporting person and a person being reported, and how to apply the principle of non-revictimization when investigating a case.
Procedure and evidentiary methodology
The investigation procedure, how to weigh evidence, and how to apply circumstantial evidence when only the alleged victim's statement is available.
Report drafting and case resolution
Applying the concepts learned to a more complex practical case and drafting the report for the HSL committee.

The program consists of two modules built on the ELSA Methodology, delivered in an in-person, participatory format: each module explores, activates, and connects, and includes myths-and-realities exercises, World Café, and a design-and-facilitation simulation.

Explore: program introduction, an icebreaker, and activation of prior knowledge through myths and realities about workplace sexual harassment. Activate: definitions, types, and forms of workplace sexual harassment; identifying its manifestations; costs to people and organizations (absenteeism, turnover, climate). Connect: reflecting on leadership's role in prevention.
Facilitation skills and the ELSA Methodology
Explore: starting from the problem — when does a workplace sexual harassment training fail? Building the need for the framework before presenting it. Activate: principles and approaches of the ELSA Methodology; handling resistance as a facilitator; World Café with a design-and-facilitation simulation. Marlene Molero
Founder & CEO of ELSA
A labor lawyer and gender expert with a master's degree from the London School of Economics and specialized studies at the ILO, Stockholm University, Seville, and Complutense de Madrid. She has been a partner at the Rubio, Leguía Normand firm in Peru and a lecturer at the law schools and graduate schools of Universidad Católica, Universidad del Pacífico, and ESAN. An independent consultant on topics related to her work with the International Labour Organization and the Inter-American Development Bank, she has served on the board of the Peruvian Society of Labor Law. Her work with ELSA has led Bloomberg to name her one of the 100 most innovative people in Latin America, and she has won international recognitions such as the Cartier Women's Initiative Award in 2024.

Ana Paula Hurtado
DEI Specialist
A licensed labor lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with a specialization in Corporate Labor Law from Universidad ESAN. She has over 8 years of experience in labor relations, regulatory compliance, diversity and inclusion, and fundamental rights at work. She began her career as a Specialist in Fundamental Rights at Work at the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, where she took part in interministerial projects against forced labor and contributed to the design of labor public policies. She is also a consultant to the International Labour Organization. One of her main areas of specialization is the prevention of workplace sexual harassment and violence at work, having supported more than 30 public and private organizations in implementing the Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention Law.
